I booked an appointment for 4 pm. I get there and it's closed. No one knows where the person is. I waited 15 minutes. Called the phone number which appears to be some central scheduling place. They gave me an appointment for 4:30 at a nearby place. I get there, they tell me they can't take me because they close at 5. Booked me an appointment for Monday. I am giving Jackson Hewitt one more chance by coming on Monday. If they don't get it done, I'm moving to a different company.
