Get your taxes done with Jackson Hewitt! Even though our taxes were complicated, the process was made simple with Jackson Hewitt! We will be coming back next year.
Their scheduling system is trash. The office is janky. They are not equipped to handle anything but the simplest of tax return. The lady was curt and unprofessional and was quickly overwhelmed, didn't understand how to do most things and was googling them in front of me. Wasted an hour of my time and still didn't complete my taxes. I will never be back.
