My name is Chris Craig and I went and got my taxes done at Walmart and she said that she was closed and I said I didn’t know that she was closed so she helped me anyways her name was Jenny and she was the nicest and kindest lady that I ever experience at a place to do my taxes She got me a nice return back more than I have ever got. That poor worker woman. First, the kiosk inside Walmart was pathetic. Rickety, dirty and barely adequate. It was by the doors. The wind was blowing in at about 10 mph and at 40 degrees. A vinyl shower curtain was hung up to block the wind! She had her coat on. We had our coats on. And the heater under the desk wasn't cutting it. Next: 1.5 hours later, the computer wouldn't take our payment so we had to go back. We make an appointment for two days later. It is confirmed. We go. Nobody's there! I have never received such poor customer service as I did from this location. Was supposed to have a sit down and file appointment that got cut half an hour short so turned into a drop and go. Was told we would get a phone call today to come in and sign. Two voicemails and multiple more phone calls later I finally got through to someone who was incredibly rude, interrupted me multiple times to basically tell me not only did she not have time to work on my return but that she didn’t have time to be on the phone either.
