The actual tax filing was easy, I'm sorry I don't recall my tax prepares name, but she was thorough, knowledgeable and be very friendly. The reason for the 2 stars is because after almost 6 months since I filed, I still have not received my refund which was supposed to be electronically deposited. After several calls to Jackson Hewitt, I still don't have my refund, and the person I talked to acted like it wasn't her concern
