Part 2 Went in and spoke with Kyle. Numbers were correct except our taxes were tagged/put on hold due to improperly typing my last name in the process and I was not called to be informed of the tag/put on hold. Expressed some other concerns. Kyle was very helpful in making the corrections as well as the concerns I shared. Kyle is an asset to your company. Part 1 Too expensive. Tiffany was so helpful and answered all my questions.
My agent was really nice and very efficient. Great experience. However, I think charging a pensioner $200 because I had two simple retirements, versus charging someone with three W-2s $49 because it's "simpler" is really wrong. Guess you aren't really the right fit for retirees.
The agent was so kind and patient. I was so nervous and he made me feel calm and assured.
