Tiffany was very knowledgeable and made the process simple to understand, also very fun and funny, made the process not so boring.
Historically, I’ve used your service multiple times and have been happy but this time it was a horrible experience. The person doing the taxes didn’t seem very knowledgeable at all and wanted me to confirm basic tax documents which was right in front of her. She was on the phone with a manager throughout the process. It took 2h 30m for basic taxes when usually it took 45min tops. I also was historically charged around 100-150 dollars for services but this time I was trying to get charged 550 but was able to knock it down to ... read more
