I’ve been to the branch in East Lancaster on Ave Ave J and Challenger Way., twice and those two times I’ve been there my taxes got rejected I said to myself maybe it’s time to go to a different branch this time Jakelina Monticello ( Walmart) helped me and was very precise from my bad experience from the other branch changed drastically. She’s very good if ever I let Jackson Hewitt do my taxes again, ill come to this branch!
Great service and very easy to understand,explains really well,friendly,she has great customer service
My preparer was up front about the fees, took her time to account for all expenses possible and double checked everything to assure she got it all. I really appreciated not being rushed with all the documents I had.
