This is the second year in a row that I've shown up on time to an appt and no one from Jackson Hewitt showed up and had to reschedule. I'm close to being done with JH, after having good service outside the Buffalo area in years past. I will be calling in a complaint and see how I can find a JH location where a tax preparer actually shows up. Otherwise, I'm done with the company.
Early January I made a 4 pm appointment on a Saturday only to sit at the kiosk for an hour as the employee was a no show. Yesterday 02/01/24 11am-12:20 pm I sat for over an hour at the kiosk AGIAN, this time along side another customer who had an appointment as the employee was AGAIN a no show!! Where is Tara Anderson, tax pro?! Nobody at any other location can answer this question and she royallllllyyyyyy screwed up filing my taxes that now need an amendment. :(
We started out going to the Walmart on Transit in Clarence. They did not know much. We went to the Walmart on Transit in Lancaster and worked with Rashad Alderwish. He was great and was able to fix the big mess that the other people got us into.
