I made an appointment because I needed help with a past years filing. When I arrived I was grilled by a older lady darker complexion who refused to help and told me to go back to where TurboTax to help me since I had been filing with them in previous year's. The other lady there lighter complexion didnt help either. I was willing to pay for the services but to be flat out told go to turbo tax. I guess they did not want the business.
