Diana Watson was totally unprofessional called my line of work a “crazy person job” definitely will not be back. She said she’s normally at the Fulton office in Cleveland. Service should’ve took 30 mins and I don’t even do taxes. I was there almost 2.5hrs even uploaded my w-2s days in advance.
**EDIT Scheduled an appointment for 11 when they open stood outside the door until 1120 called them. Nobody answered the phone wasted my morning before work. THEY CALLED ME AFTER LEAVING A REVIEW AND RESCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. T help me file my taxes. She was super friendly and helpful, and their discount was greatly appreciated for the inconvenience. Ended a happy camper.
Very friendly and welcoming. The experience was quick and pleasant. The best things about my visit. My fee came out of my return and not my pocket!
My advice is run don't walk to the nearest exit. #1, the woman doing your taxes won't tell you upfront what the change will be. Even if you only have one W-2. I've never encountered this with any other tax service. #2, I wasn't given a copy of my state return. I came back the next day and asked for it. I was told it was filed electronically so you don't get a copy, seriously this wasn't my first time filing. Yet my federal and city tax were also filed electronically and I got a copy of those.
