We went to Jackson Hewitt for the first time because we were unsure about doing them ourselves this year. Ava was extremely helpful and transparent. She told us we would save a lot of money by filing our taxes ourselves, then walked us through it. She told us if we need any help at all to just give her a call and she would help us. Been going here for several years now. Friendly and efficient, they can answer any questions or concerns you have regarding your taxes right there in person, and they are always very down to earth. I've recommended them to several friends who go there regularly now. Easy location on Cleveland Street just down from the Twist-n-Shake. Look for the big highlighter.
It was quick for what they had to do. Price was ok too.
