The lady that helped me when I dropped off my information to prepare my return was very professional and easy to give my information to but when I went to pick up my return the man was very nasty and disrespectful to me he went into my return and changed a lot of what the other preparer had done then he tried to pressure me into taking extra things and kept charging me more money he wouldn't do my state return because I wouldn't give him an extra 75.00. I felt that for what I had done 275.00 was way too expensive I won't be back
The office was great everybody was helpful especially Justin and I received a Walmart gift card.
