We have been going to Jackson Hewitt for several years now but this year 2025, it was a little hassle getting a local appointment for an in person booking. The cost was a bit high. We didn't get a discount after April 1st. The rep, David tho was real nice and personable.
I was helped by Nick and he helped me understand what I have to do to improve my own tax returns. Really helpful!
