Made an appointment for an hour in person prep. When I got there the preparer told me it needed to be a drop off because he didn't do interest in dividends on investment accounts. That was confusing since I said ahead of time what I was bringing. I ended up having to go back and didn't participate in any of the preparation. That's why I only gave four stars not five
