Professional informative and kind
Worst place to get your taxes done! Marilyn is completely incompetent and negligent! She prepared taxes for MN but forgot to file WI forcing me to file an amended return! I also found a lot of discrepancies and name being misspelled. She lied about filing my property tax refund. I called the state a few times and every time they said -no they don't have it, until I finally called the general corporate number and they confirmed that it was indeed never filed! Our tax preparer was thorough, not overly friendly. My real complaint is being charged $344.00 for less than 1 hours work. Last year it was $197.00. Might be time to look elsewhere.. Disappointed..
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The representatives there are generally very unwelcoming and judgemental. Worked with Marylin, who is just purely unprofessional and uptight. She filed our taxes incorrectly and didn’t own up to her mistakes when asked about it. She is even shady when trying to schedule an appointment with her.
