Marilyn was ver competent and professional. She completed our relatively simple returns in less than an hour. The cost, however, was more than we paid in the past.
The service provided was good however the cost is very inflated. Our return is a very simple one, nothing out of the ordinary. It cost us over $400. This was with a senior discount.

Literally went in and the lady with silver hair assumed that I made a certain amount of money last year and told me I wasn’t qualified. She didn’t give me a chance to explain anything because I was so darn confused as to what she was talking about so I ended up leaving I felt soooo embarrassed and confused.
