The person never showed up for my appointment.
The new girl has NO CLUE what she is doing & was really rude, hung up the phone on me. I called to get my AGI for 2023. She kept me on the phone for 30 minutes & didn’t even ask then told me to call another number when I asked her to seek help from someone. She told me “I don’t need to know her name” when I asked for a manager and hung up. Does not know how to do anything.
