Avoid this place at all costs!!! They made a mistake and for the first time ever, I'm being audited. They don't answer phone calls and say that they can't access their voicemails. The third time I went in to try to get answers, Chris was insulting and rude. Blamed me for their error and told me that their 100% guarantee that the company website advertises costs extra. Been coming here for 7 years now & honestly i loved and enjoyed the experience. Deanna was wonderful & then robynn after she left was amazing at picking up where d left off .
Robin was great, informative, patient and pleasant. She really makes sure you get the best possible tax information. Ms. Sue, the receptionist makes your walking in very pleasant with her charming personality.
Robynn Stanton was very knowledgeable and informative with my tax preparation and I feel comfortable returning here next year
