Spent 2.5 hours there waiting for the slowest human ever to do taxes (and waiting for the previous appt to end which it did 40 mins into OUR appt time) Only to find out after he submitted that he put our address wrong for the check to be sent to. So now that is a mess for us to deal with - When we pointed it out he literally GOOGLED how to fix the address.
