Relatively painless, knowing that I was going to pay in this year . Melinda Garner was great. Very friendly & knowledgeable. This was my first time at Jackson Hewitt. I will be going back again.
Since he wanted a review so bad here it is. He was amazing and helpful UNTIL he started asking about my sons relationship to his step dad. We told him multiple times he was a step dad to my son, but paid for a majority of him for the year. He said he could claim him as a dependent. The issue came when the tax guy said I'll just put him in as his son not step son. I told him not to my partner told him not to he said "it will be fine you'll still get the same." Process was long but Freddie’s explaining very amazing and break into detail with all service for tax service love it and first time here as well doing tax return with this place !
