So far so good. Unless there is an issue with the I R S or State they are very fast, efficient courteous, and relaxed making a client feel comfortable, with their professionalism. A bit high priced but very good.
The agent was very nice and pleasure to work with. She was way overbooked and was the only agent there to do taxes. She was running about 45 mins behind schedule. It didnt bother me. Prices are outrageously high. To only look at 4-5 pieces of paper. Will look at other options next year tax time.
