I never got my $100 upfront that the company promises because of me not getting 1500$ back. The paperwork said one thing and she said another. I can never get in touch with the person who did my taxes. And I was 200$ short of the money I was supposed to get back. Also there was a Debt card connected to my temporary serve card that I didn't contact to it.
She was very informative and smiling and fast I appreciate her help she was awesome
