Horrible appointment at 5 waited 40 min and he said he had another 30 minutes left what is the point of the schedule appointment then. I’ve been going through Jackson Hewitt for years now normally go to westnedge location guess I will not be going back to this location crazy what kind of customer service is this why have appointments if they don’t mean anything
Worked with Tekoah . She is the best. She was patient and kind during my prep and while I was almost unprepared She was wiling to wait for me to obtain some info I needed to fully process our preparation. Shared some laughs even. Thank you Tekoah
