The lady that did my taxes, was more concerned with her phone, then she was, with a paying client. Asked the same question several times, couldn't get it right, because she was more interested in who was texting her, or answering text, worse yet, calling and chatting with that person. I'm paying for a service to be done, I'm not paying for someone to be inconsiderate, and rude. Never again, and I have used this service 8yrs, just takes one person to leave a sour taste in your mouth.

I asked the lady to file the IRS stimulus check for $1400.00 that I never filed for I 2021. She said the screen didn't her an option to do that. She ne her tried calling her boss to find out how to file it!
