I made an appointment online but evidently they don’t honor that here. I have been waiting well over an hour. Why have online booking if you don’t honor that? Finally walked out at 4:20. Nearly two hours waiting. She still wasn’t finished with the gentleman that she was taking care of when I arrived at 2:30. Meanwhile, a woman came in saying she had a 4:00 appointment. The tax preparer left the first man to go take care of the woman who had a 4:00 appointment . Very poor customer service. Take away the option to book online ... read more
Had my taxes done with Ms. Tasha second year she still is awesome... I recommend you see her.... Very friendly, knows her stuff, can ask questions and she has the answers for you..., my daughter and I go to her and now I am sending my other daughter to her .... She is that good .. very professional and I recommend you go to her thank you Mrs. Tasha it's always a pleasure.... See you next year .....
