Mary Lou and Candace are always wonderful to work with. They are polite and I always get my questions answered.
I told the tax person the reason I came in was because I heard of a first time clients discount and that I came to Jackson Hewitt because H&R Block had gotten way too expensive. She never told me their fees were higher than H&R Block’s. Over $800! They only gave me $100 discount though the add said first time client $49
Always a great experience and very competent and qualified person. Went here last year and will again next year. :-)
