Great friendly, professional service!
Received text reminder that stated to just walk in. Arrived for appointment and doors were locked. Received another text stating our tax preparer was on the way and stuck in traffic. 20 minutes later she arrived and apologized for the wait. Then the computer was down but after several minutes it was back up and she went through our taxes fairly quickly and we were on our way.
