I’ve used Jackson Hewitt for years and will never go through anyone else.
Unprofessional customer service. I called to let them know that my taxes couldn’t get filed, and I told him it had to do with my state ID, and then he asked what it said, but then I told him that it didn’t say and He replies with an attitude and says “ Well, how can I help you if you can’t tell me what’s wrong?” and then asked how much I made last year and then I hung up because I am tolerating that attitude!!
