I came in today to file my taxes and I was rudely walked out on by the person behind the desk. I was ready to leave (frustrated) when I was stopped by Ms. Kayla Thompson. She quickly de-escalated the situation and helped me with my problem where the other person was completely unwilling to even try. She is very professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it came to my return she found what I was looking for WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE and I am a happy customer
