Always a great experience for almost 30 years
I haven’t received my refund in 6 months now and I can’t get a hold of anybody at this location to help! I was also told to have a check sent through the mail to me for the first time in 15 years with Jackson Hewitt getting direct deposit. I should have known that there was going to be issues just from that piece of advice. Meanwhile Jackson Hewitt received 800$ in fees and I received a 200$ state refund. I need help getting my federal refund!!! Where are you at Jackson Hewitt!
