Our Tax Preparerer was extremely professional and helpful in completing our taxes.
They are the only people I will go to. I have been going to them the last 13 years and I won’t go to anyone else. Jackson Hewitt is the best place to go to and I will continue to go to them to do my taxs
WORST PLACE EVER. Signed up for drop off service for a family member. The woman that handle the w2 said they would call back once completed. DID NOT EXPLAINS THE FEES. CALLS BACK TO SAY THE REFUND BACK WOULD BE LESS THAN $200.GET THIS INORDER FOR THEM TO FILE IT WOULD BE MORE THAN THEIR REFUND!!!So she states if we did want to file to get your documents back it is either $60.00 cash or money order.
