Why on earth would they let you schedule an appointment for 9am if the store isn’t gonna open until 11am??? And why isn’t it reflected on their website or online that they open at 11??? Now I have to schedule a new one because these people don’t have a correct schedule

Nikki is awesome however I will now be doing my taxes myself from here on out thanks to Alex or whatever his name is because he never even introduced himself. What should have been a 15-20 minute appointment for a “review and sign” turned into 2 hours because of his lack of training. He finally got someone on the phone to help him after I tried to walk him through what to do.
