Second year in a row with Jackson Hewitt and both year were the easiest and most successful I have experienced. Loved the convenience, safe and secure location. Everything was completed within one hour and walked with nothing else to do; Federal ad State of California!
When I made my appointment online, I got a call saying that it was double booked & that I had to move it for the next hour. I have things to do, which is why I made the damn appointment. Once I got to my appointment I waited over an hour, while she was talking to another customer about their personal/medical problems. Ended up leaving & rescheduled.
