Very disappointed. We made an appointment for 2:00. The lady called back and asked if we could come closer to 3:30. Sure. No problem. We show up and right away the lady was rude. She asked for our social security cards. We did not have them on us and never needed them before to file. Ever! She said she couldn’t do our taxes without our social security cards.
