Ms. Brenda was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with confidence. She was extremely polite, worked efficiently, and had everything done for me in under an hour! I've been using Jackson Hewitt for 17 years in multiple states and this was one of the best experiences I've had filling my taxes. If you're going to have your taxes filed by anyone, I recommend Ms. Brenda 100%.
I am very happy with Jackson Hewitt. Ms Brenda is very professional and thoughtful. While she was imputing our information she realized we left a form out. She paused our application, asked us to go home for the form. We got back in time to finish our application. We were very appreciative for that. Jackson Hewitt is on top of my list for filing taxes. I highly recommend everyone to use them.
Was hoping to come to this location but can already tell there is a lack of professionalism without even having to walk thru the door. Made an appointment online, called 5 minutes later to confirm who I would be meeting with. The person I spoke to, Jasenica, cut me off mid sentence to inform me that she had double booked the appointment so my appointment was cancelled.
