Is was ok until the lady use the wrong ss# so it got rejected .then they over charged me and had to send me a check for $100 in the mail not very happy
I have an appointment at.1230 here and now it's 1248 have to wait on another person to get there taxes done and the other tax lady called out sick their office should have sent another tax person to help with the appointments
