Kind of disappointed cuz I was supposed to get like discounts for being a new member and I didn't get them
Ms . Andrea Johnson helped me today and she was very polite, professional and efficient, I highly recommend her services as a tax preparer, I'll be back next year if possible. However the location was not ideal for Ms. Andrea having to sit by the door. Can she at least have a heater please? The lady works too hard to have to sit behind a paper thin curtain by the front door for hours on end.
