Ms. Stephanie Kendrick MacGhee took on a task/mistake that came from another tax office and took her time making all corrections to insure that my wife was satisfied. She's very personable and professional 5*s !!!
My husband and I had the pleasure of paying $250 for them to mess up our taxes while we were there for about three hours. Now we have to pay $275 for an amendment. Not happy about it at all. We were even told that we should “hurry up and get dependents” to make the process easier (?) the comment was made in jest but it did rub me the wrong way considering the woman who fumbled through filing our taxes did not know our situation.
Very nice tax representative, courteous and knowledgeable.
