A wonderful experience. I was pretty intimidated with some of the new forms I had to file this year (last year was a phrase that best rhymes with "fuster cluck"), but after a short visit and some math I feel a lot better about the whole thing. Will absolutely be coming back next year has both the ladies were exactly who I needed to see.
My wife and I received a great service and the process was fast. Everything was explained satisfactorily and the lady was really nice and friendly. Thanks for the great work you do.
I showed up early and Tereva is who helped me. She's very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. She showed me all my options and was very patient with me. We had a really nice conversation about the Toledo library and shared a few good laughs. I really hope she gets to go check out the library, she was really excited about it! I'll definitely be back next year!! ☺️☺️☺️
