I think her name was her name was Alicia at the Alexis rd location @4pm. 4/15 I had so much anxiety coming into this and she was so sweet during the whole process, we engaged in light conversation and she made the whole situation so much lighter. She was so informative and compassionate, as well as her co worker. Thank you for excellent customer service, will be returning next year for our taxes. Give those ladies a raise.
A wonderful experience. I was pretty intimidated with some of the new forms I had to file this year (last year was a phrase that best rhymes with "fuster cluck"), but after a short visit and some math I feel a lot better about the whole thing. Will absolutely be coming back next year has both the ladies were exactly who I needed to see.
