1. They changed the location of my appointment 5 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start. 2. There was 1 person in the building, with a locked door, and she was watching TV. 3. She immediately told me (incorrectly) that I wasn't able to file my tax returns because I was a dependent. If they get something that simple wrong then their training must be minimal.
