I was super stressed because I had berm doing my taxes on line and it wasn't working so good. My preparer was very calming and got me to relax. She was AWESOME. And it was cheaper then tax act

Don't even bother because there's nobody at their locations!!! When we arrived for our appointment. We called and were told to leave a message so someone called us back. What a joke. I guess they don't want our Business. My husband and I saw notes that were left by other people with the exact same problem. Workers were no-shows.
I sat for 3hrs, patiently. Was told I was done and to wait for advance. Waited till next day. Nothing. Started a chat with jackson Hewitt and was told my file was on hold.
