This was the worst tax experience I have ever had. First they changed my appt without asking me. Then I called them back to change it to 9am before they even open. Well the lady that was suppose to do my taxes was not even there at 9. Two other ladies kept arguing with me and each other for the longest time about how the lady that was supposed to do my taxes did not tell them that I was showing up. I won’t be coming back. I needed help doing my taxes for 2021. It was already stressful considering this was the last year to do them. First the sheet they handed me to fill out was impossible to read. The ink was out on their printer or something. The first time she did my taxes she butchered my address.
