I have been going to this tax service for about 4 years without a problem, but this year all that changed. I had an appointment to get my taxes done, so my husband and I arrived on time, set down with the lady and gave her our papers. Now, I usually have done all the work, everything is listed on pieces of paper with receipts attached. All they have to do is tally up and put the numbers on the right forms.
