Jackson Hewitt is very reliable and efficient with excellent preparers working for them. I have been pleased with their work for a long time.
I am giving 1 star because I have to. I would give none if it was an option, due to the disrespect and horrendous treatment of the girls gave me just because i was a walk in. I have never felt like a problem, issue or an inconvenience like I did there in my life. I would not recommend this treatment or service to anyone. They are very unprofessional and rude.
