We have been going to Jackson Hewitt to have our taxes done for many years. Had always been great. This year we were given a tax person that did not speak much English or understand. She was very nice, but admitted she struggled with English. There were 2 other people in the office that spoke English. I didn’t understand why we would be paired with someone that didn’t speak our language? We don’t speak Spanish. Needless to say, it was very difficult and I still have questions on some things.

We have been coming to Jackson Hewitt for years. We have always had a good experience. This year was different. The lady was very nice, communication was not good.
Love the staff at Chula Vista Jackson Hewitt! Yesenia was great, very patient and understanding. Highly recommend these guys!!
