They have no office at that location. Nobody picks up when you call. They called me 40 minutes later saying they cannot find my appointment even though they sent email ant text confirmation
Same as everyone else. Walked all the way over and the office doesn't exist. Tried calling the 1-800 number and it kept trying to put me through to this location, so I kept getting a voice-mail that probably isn't even active anymore. It's been years since customers have been complaining about is...how has Jackson Hewitt not taken this location off of their site and Google? It's ridiculous.
Had an appointment today at 5...I showed up and they were in a building with buzzer entry. I tried to reach them by buzzing or phone as the same auto message picks up for both, ugh! I walked there and back in the rain.
Same as the last reviewer, went to the building, call the office via the door buzzer and no answer multiple times. Finally, building management let me in, no answer at the door nor to many kama phone calls. This office is not real; Jackson Hewitt, get your house in order.
