Mine was a fairly involved return, so when the preparer at Walmart felt it was a little more than he had the expertise to handle, he immediately involved his supervisor, who picked it right up, reached out to me with a couple of questions, and had it ready within a week. Where I expected to have a fairly sizable amount of tax due, I actually broke even between the federal and state. Very pleased with the experience.

I had the pleasure of working with a man named Gary from the pop up office at the Walmart on Maple in Troy. I was amazed at how hard he worked to get me every penny that was owed to me the last 3 years.. I did hit a small snag * my fault*and a lady named Charlotte, reached out to me by phone and email so we could resolve this problem... All I can say is the customer service was top notch, and I have fou n d myself a new tax place Thank you to you both Sabra Schocke
