Very disappointed with this location. Might try another stand alone office next time. Had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for noon this past Saturday 3/23. I showed up early and there must have been a walk in that the advisor decided to accept. I thought she was almost done, but she had just started and I stood behind her for 45 minutes before I gave up. I thought it was very unprofessional to take a walk in when you know you have a scheduled appointment coming in.
The tax agent who helped us was very pleasant and professional. She had been able to take care of our tax return without any problem. It was worth having our taxes done by Jackson Hewitt.
