I had a very disappointing experience at the Jackson Hewitt location inside the Huntersville Walmart center. The lady I dealt with was rude and unprofessional, and even though I had an appointment, I was made to wait while she continued helping walk-in customers. That is unacceptable when people take the time to schedule ahead. I expected better customer service and respect for my time. I will not be coming back.
