I would give JH a rating of maybe 1/2 star. I expected professional service; instead I was patronized and talked down too. An injured spouse form was supposed to be filed on my behalf; but for some reason the block was checked NO. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks for a refund I get a letter stating that my refund is being intercepted for my husband's debt. My husband did not have any income last year.
