Absolute disaster! We paid $188 for a simple Tax 1040S return. Married, filing jointly, only 2 W2's and one 1099R. No Deductions. Your "Expert" filed our return electronically without our seeing the papers. He forgot one (of three) W-2s and omitted over $50,000! We demand Jackson Hewitt Tax Service file a amended return for us and refund the $188 charge.
