Karla was excellent, on the phone & in person. She knew what she was talking about.
The primary reason I am giving a great review is because of the people. I have never had a good time doing taxes before. The receptionist and Karla, my tax professional, were personable and both worked hard to accommodate my needs. I ended up getting a refund because Karla thoroughly researched every possible deduction. I will definitely recommend this office to friends and family. I went back this year and found the same great service and professionalism.
