I don't normally do reviews, but my experience with Jackson Hewitt this year was so terrible and almost cost me so much money that it would be irresponsible for me to not share my story. I went in before Christmas to apply for the refund advance loan, as I have done in the past. This year, however, things did not go in my favor.
