I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for over 10 years. This year my taxes had a prep issue so I needed an amendment . Fine I was cool with it . It only took them a month to call me back to finish the amendment I signed . Only to have to send the paperwork to the irs on my dime. The lady was super apologetic and kind .
