UPDATE- So they reached out to me addressed my issue told me I would get a fee refund . I was patient after a month NOTHING iv been calling and they hang up on me . I even sent a text to the regional manager who responded to this review and still NOTHING . It’s now been 3 months and I need information for someone higher than the regional manager at this point . Good Job. Im a satisfied customer!
I set an appointment for 4 oclock. Arrived at the office but there was only one person there and already busy with another client. Off ice was dirty. Carpets were filthy. Waited twenty minutes and then found out there were no agents available to assist me. I left. I wouldnt go back.

I was greeted when I walked in. The young lady was helpful, took her time and explained everything to me. Answered all my questions.
